Hello and welcome to Toks Originals.
My name is Justine, my African name is Toks, short for Adetokunbo, which means the 'crown returns from overseas'.
I am a print and pattern maker, living by the sea. After 20 years in fashion design I have returned to my true love of printmaking, specialising in the glorious hands-on ancient craft of block printing and surface pattern design.
My mixed British Nigerian identity informs my work, inspired by my heritage and the natural landscape around me.
